They may work with end customers to assist in issues that may arise in using the application. The Business Analyst will assist in the roll out of this application by configuring the application, documentation, data analysis, testing and training. Work would entail supporting the application which is used to track deals and related data via an electronic workflow, and the creation of users and other administrative tasks.
